Casey E. Smith Jr., age 67, of Octavia Hollow, McAndrews, KY, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Trinity Healthcare in Williamson, WV.
He was born April 11, 1948, the son of the late Casey E. & Erma F. “Dolly” Smith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Sam & Anna Williamson Mullins; paternal grandparents: Boyd & Vinnia Hackney Smith; and several aunts & uncles.
Casey was a longtime member of the Defiers Motorcycle Club of Stone, KY.
Survivors include one sister: Euna Robinson of Valley View; one niece: Sabrina Robinson of North Dakota; several cousins, friends, and fellow club members.
In honor of Casey’s wishes, cremation will take place & no formal services will be held.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Jones & West Funeral Home of Phelps, KY.
