Ethel Miller Gribble, 90, of South Williamson, KY, formerly of Dearborn, MI, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Tug Valley Regional Medical Center in South Williamson, KY.
She was born October 17, 1926 in Hardy, KY, a daughter of the late Peter & Ada Miller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, six brothers, and two sisters.
Ethel formerly worked in the automotive industry and had attended the Toler Freewill Baptist Church. She enjoyed family gatherings & fellowship of the Williamson Senior Citizen Center. Ethel cherished the company of her little dog Laney, and leaves a legacy of memories to be treasured by her family & friends.
Ethel leaves behind one sister: Lilly B. Scott of Hardy, KY; her caregivers and niece: Ada (Jim) McCown of Hardy, KY; special niece & nephew: Rosetta Daiza & Anderson Scott; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at the Toler Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Hatfield officiating.
Burial will follow in the Scott Family Cemetery, Mud Lick, Hardy, KY.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 P.M. Tuesday at the church with special services conducted by Rev. Roger Mullins.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Jones & West Funeral Home of Phelps, KY.
