Jackie (Justice) Lester

Jackie “Justice” Lester, 51, of North Matewan, WV, passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at the Tug Valley ARH Regional Medical Center.  She was born November 23, 1965 in Williamson, WV, a daughter of Stella “Leedy” Mounts and the late Jackie Justice. 

Jackie was a homemaker and a member of the Gospel House Church at Varney, WV.  She enjoyed the trucking business and worked alongside her husband Bobby in their company: Constant Sorrow Trucking.  In her spare time, Jackie enjoyed fishing.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband: Bobby “Bad Eye” Lester of North Matewan, WV; mother: Stella “Leedy” Mounts of Thacker, WV; one son: Dennis (Kassie) Gearles of Newtown, WV; four daughters: Lynn Gearles of Stopover, KY, Stella Gearles of Phelps, KY, Donique (Tony) Mitchem of Matewan, WV, Monica Gearles of Kingsport, TN; two brothers: Kelly Justice of Thacker, WV, Arnold Justice of Oregon; three sisters: Sandra (Bookie) Church of Lynn, WV, Bobby (Paul) Hammond of North Matewan, WV, Dawn (Darrell) Doyle of Matewan, WV, fifteen grandchildren; and a host of family & friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 Noon Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at the Jones & West Funeral Home with Pastor Hack Runyon officiating. 

Burial will follow in the Lester Family Cemetery, Calloway Branch, Phelps, KY.

Visitation will be from 6:00 – 10:00 P.M. Sunday and Monday at the funeral home with special services Monday at 7:00 P.M.
