Randy Edmiston

Randy Edmiston, age 60, of McAndrews, Kentucky, passed away Saturday,
September 5, 2015 at his residence.

Born December 16, 1954 in Williamson, WV, he was a son of the late
Wayne "Junior" and Barbara Inis McCown Edmiston. In addition to his
parents, he was preceded in death by one brother: Gary Edmiston.

Randy was a former coal miner and member of the Octavia Freewill Baptist Church.

Survivors include one son: Randy "Little Randy" Edmiston of
Louisville, KY; one daughter: Amanda Edmiston of Louisville, KY;
step-daughter: April Stanley of California; four brothers: Roger
Edmiston of McAndrews, KY, Ricky Edmiston of Pinsonfork, KY, Brian
(Connie) Edmiston of McAndrews, KY, David (Judy) Edmiston of
McAndrews, KY; two sisters: Debbie (Edgil) Reynolds of Pikeville, KY,
Sheila (Danny) Bowman of McAndrews, KY; uncle: Sam (Alice) McCown of
Huddy, KY.  Randy is also survived by four grandchildren and a host of
family & friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, September
8th, 2015 at the Octavia Freewill Baptist Church with Reverend Gerria
Reynolds officiating.

Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery, Sidney, KY.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 P.M. Monday at the church with special
services at 7:00 P.M.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Jones & West Funeral Home
of Phelps, KY.
