Carol Bentley Obituary

Carol Ann Bentley 76, a resident of the Good Shepherd Community Nursing Center, passed away Tuesday March 30, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center of Pikeville, KY. She was born February 5, 1945 in Freeburn, KY, the daughter of the late Dr. Can Martin and Lettie Malinda Bentley.

Carol was a homemaker who loved her son and grandchildren. She was of the Methodist faith.

Survivors include her son: James Michael Bentley Sr. of Majestic, KY, two brothers: Terry Bentley (Pat) of Bethel, OH and Allen M. Bentley (the late Velva) of Corydon, IN, a sister: Nanette Pinson (Edward) of Pikeville, KY, four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at the Jones & West Funeral Home of Phelps, KY Friday April 2, 2021 from 12:00-2:00 P.M. with burial to follow in the Mountain View Memory Gardens at Huddy of Belfry, KY.
