Cody Blankenship

Cody Blankenship 18 of Stopover, Ky., passed away December 13th, 2022, in Stopover, Ky.  He was born January 17th, 2004. 

Cody enjoyed playing video games on his PS4.  He liked the outdoors and taking walks with Richard.  He was a former student of Phelps High School and PCDT.  Cody will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Cody is survived by his mother, Kathy Blankenship of Stopover, Ky.  Sisters, Pamela (William) Wolford of Stopover, Ky; Karen (Michael) Coleman of Stopover, Ky; Kimberly (Corey) McIntosh of Ransom, Ky; Kendra Blankenship of Stopover, Ky; Katie Blankenship of Va;  Brittany and Haylee Hurley.  Brothers, Richard Wolford of Stopover, Ky; Ricky (Rebecca) Wolford; Jonathan Hurley and Jordan (Kristi) Estep.  Nieces and Nephews, Danny, Emilia, Madilynn, Logan, Kylee, Bryson, Joseph, Elias, and James.  Special cousins, Kenneth, Kyra, Jessica, Wayne, and Phoebe.  Special friends, Dyllon, Frank, Travis, Whitney, Maw, Naioma, Brandon, Verline, Marcus, Selina, Jessica, Billy, Gary, Henry and Katie Bevins.

The family would like to welcome friends at 6:00 P.M. December 27th, 2022 at Kimper Church of God in Kimper, Ky. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. December 28th, 2022, with Eddie Dotson officiating. Interment will follow at Barker Cemetery in Right fork of Hurricane at Stopover, Ky.
