Carl "Stoney" Frazier

Carl Raymond “Stoney” Frazier, 56, of Pikeville, KY, formerly of Phelps, KY, passed away on Monday, April 23, 2018 at Pikeville Medical Center.  He was born March 25, 1962 in Pikeville, KY, a son of the late Jimmy Raymond & Delores Chapman Frazier.  In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by one brother: Emerson Frazier; and one sister: Lydia Cook.

Carl was of the Pentecostal faith and a member of the NRA.  He was skilled in concrete work.  Carl enjoyed hunting & fishing, restoring classic cars, and horse trading.

Those left to cherish his memory include one son: Stoney Frazier (Maria Lambert) of Columbus, OH; one daughter: April Frazier (Joey Climer) of Ashville, OH; three brothers: Troy Frazier of Freeburn, KY, Bill Frazier of Pikeville, KY,  Jimmy Frazier of Blackberry, KY; five sisters: Roberta & Debbie Frazier of Phelps, KY, Rita (Allen) Cook of Columbus, OH, Amanda (Jake) Hurst & Para (Ricky) Hurst of Sevierville, TN; three grandchildren: Joey, Autumn & Ainsley Climer; Uncles: Berlin & Moley Frazier; lifelong friends: Alf & Sherri; and a host of nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 25, 2018 in the chapel of Jones & West Funeral Home with Reverend Daryl Wolford officiating.

Interment will be held at a later date in the Frazier Cemetery, Phelps, KY.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
