Charles "Toot" Lambert

Charles Lee “Toot” Lambert, 60, of McCarr, KY, departed this life on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at his home.  He was born on November 18, 1959 in Pike County, KY, a son of the late Hursel & Gladys (Blankenship) Lambert, of Buskirk, KY.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Ruthie J. Walters Lambert; and three sons: Charles Lee Lambert Jr, Brian Keith Lambert, & Kevin Lambert.  

Toot was a coal miner and was of Apostolic Faith.  He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

Those left to cherish his memory include one daughter: Jennifer Renee (Raymond) Dotson of Nicholasville, KY; two brothers: Sid Lambert of McCarr, KY, & Sam (Kathy) Lambert of Red Jacket, WV, four sisters: Brenda (Danny) Collins of McCarr, KY, Diane (Harold) Dotson of Decatur, TN, Norma (Danny) Jude of Winchester KY, & Mildred Fields of Phelps, KY, his special friend: Rebecca Collins of McCarr, KY; as well as a host of grandchildren, nieces & nephews.

Visitation will begin at 6:30 P.M. Tuesday, January 14th, 2020 at the Faith Mission Church at McCarr, KY with special services at 7:00 P.M.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at the church with Reverends Harold Dotson & Jimmy Fields officiating.
