Debra Hurley

Debra Hurley 61, of Ironton Ohio, entered into rest December 2, 2021.  She was born December 20, 1959, in Pike County, Kentucky.  Debra was the daughter of the late Western Arvil and Truby Stump.  Besides her parents, Debra is preceded in death by two brothers, Teddy, and Randy Stump.  A granddaughter Taylor Rena Johnson. 

Debra loved and cherished her family dearly.  Her children were her pride and joy.  She enjoyed cooking, fishing, playing bingo, shopping at the flea market, and talking on the phone.  One of her favorite bible verses was John 3:16

Debra leaves to mourn her passing two children, Joshua Robert Johnson, and Rena (Bobby) Wilson both of Ironton, Ohio.  Stepdaughters, Tera, and Jessica Sullivan.  One brother, Terry Stump (Denise) of Phelps, Kentucky, three sisters, Donna (Frelin) Dotson, and Sandy Stump, both of Phelps, Kentucky, and Tammy Johnson of Michigan.  A host of grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.  Debra will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Funeral services will begin at 2:00 P. M. Thursday, December 9, 2021, at the Jones & West Funeral Home in Phelps, Kentucky with Odis Blankenship officiating.   Interment will take place in Smith Fork at the Smith family cemetery.
