Obituary

Frankie Sincell 69 of Phelps, KY passed away July 8th, 2023, at Pikeville Medical Center. He was born February 10th, 1954, in Phelps, KY. He was the son of the late James and Gracie “Wolford” Sincell. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded by a brother, Sammy, Robbie, and James Sincell, a sister, Betty Pena, and his niece, Missy Chapman.

Those left to cherish Frankie’s memory include his sister, Patsy Chapman of Phelps, KY; brother, George Sincell of Pikeville, TN and a host of cousins, extended family, and friends.

Frankie was of the Pentecostal faith and a member of Phelps Free Pentecostal Church. Frankie enjoyed the simple life and was a homebody. A few of his hobbies included fishing, hunting, and going to chicken fights.

Honoring the wishes of Frankie, cremation will take place and burial at Sincell Cemetery in Bones Branch beside his dad.
