Josie (Daniels) Wolford

Josie “Daniels” Wolford of Freeburn, KY passed away Friday, September 11,2020 at the Tug Valley ARH Regional Medical Center of South Williamson, KY.

She was born January 22, 1966 the daughter of the late Luther and Essie May “Adkins” Daniels. She was 54 years old.  In addition to her parents Josie was preceded in death by three brothers: Bobby, Lonnie, and Luther Dwayne Daniels and a sister: Kasandra Daniels.

Josie was a loving homemaker who loved going fishing, and camping with her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with her husband helping him work on cars.  Josie was also a big Loretta Lynn fan. She was of the Pentecostal faith.

Survivors remaining to honor her memory include her husband Orville Wolford, two sons: Dwayne (Stephanie) Wolford of Phelps, KY, Shorty (Nicole) Wolford of Jeffersonville, KY, two sisters: Donna Faye Daniels and Jacqueline Daniels, grandchildren: Ethan Dwayne Wolford of Phelps, KY, Damien Tyler and Dylan Thomas Wolford of Jeffersonville, KY. She is also survived by her dog Roxy who she loved very much, other family, and friends.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at the Jones & West Funeral Home of Phelps, KY with Reverends: Odis Blankenship, Larry Rife and Randy Casey officiating.

Burial will follow in the Freeburn Community Cemetery of Freeburn, KY.

Visitation will be at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00 P.M.-10:00 P.M. with special services at 7:00 P.M.
