Lori Carter

Lori Carter 54, resident of Good Shepherd Health and Rehabilitation Center of Phelps, Ky., passed away August 12th, 2023.

Lori was born in Lexington, Kentucky on September 24th, 1968, to the late Ronald Carter and Gloria Skinner.

Those surviving include her aunts and uncles, Christina Carter; Harold Carter; Darrell Carter; Curtis Carter; and Beverly Parks all of Lexington, Kentucky.   

Honoring the family’s wishes, cremation will take place and no memorial is scheduled at this time.
