Mike Randall Smith

Mike Randall “Frog” Smith 66, of Middlesboro, KY formerly of Phelps, KY passed away April 15th, 2023, at St. Joseph Hospital in London, KY.  He was born February 2nd, 1957, to the late Ray and Betty Jean “Casey” Smith.  In addition to his parents, he is also preceded by his son, Randall Ray Smith; brothers, Ricky Dean and Danny Ray Smith; and sister, Della Rhea Smith.

Mike enjoyed four wheeling and coon hunting.  He was a person of good humor and very likeable.  He will be missed by his family and friends.

Those surviving are his son, Jamie Wolford and his wife Shelby of Nashville TN; brother, Jerry Lee Smith and his wife Dixie of Jonesborough, TN; grandchildren, Carson and Grace Wolford of Nashville, TN; nephews, Jerry Christopher Smith, and Michael Patrick Smith and his wife Janette and a host of family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, April 21st, 2023, with Tommy Conn officiating at Jones & West Funeral Home in Phelps, KY.  Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. Thursday, April 20th, 2023, in the chapel.  Interment will conclude at Ray Smith Cemetery in Smith Fork at Phelps, KY.  Friends and family will serve as Pallbearers.
