Pamela Wolford

Pamela Sue Wolford of Edgarton, WV passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at her residence. She was born February 2, 1960 in South Williamson, KY, the daughter of the late Artemus Lester and Mary France. She was 60 years old. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by Gilmer Blankenship the man who raised her who she called Dad.

Pam was a homemaker who had a special bond with her children, grandchildren, daughter-in-law, & sons-in-law. She had a heart of gold and a special place in her heart for all children. She loved taking care of her family and animals and enjoyed riding horses. She also had a great sense of humor and liked to have a good laugh from time to time.

Survivors remaining to honor her memory include her husband: Tracy Wolford, a son Emory (Janice) Wolford of Freeburn, KY, three daughters: Amy (Larry) Ross of Matewan, WV, Nancy (Pee Wee) Daniels of Freeburn, KY and Loressia (Larry Joe) Dotson also of Freeburn, grandchildren: Richard (Savannah) Blankenship, Rocky, Kandace, Eden, Mackenzie, Calob, Pacen, Brianna, Lauren, Keaton, George, Aden and James, great grandchildren: Logan, Leamon, Jackson, Devin, Logan, and Brycen. She is also survived by a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, August 16, 2020 at the Jones & West Funeral Home with Reverends Doug Maynard, Daryl Wolford, and Kenny Chapman officiating.

Burial will follow in the Buddy Mounts Cemetery with family & friends serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will begin from 6:00 – 10:00 P.M Friday & Saturday at the funeral home with special services nightly at 7:00 P.M.
