Paul D Cox

Paul D. Cox 60, of Phelps, KY passed away December 16, 2023, at Good Shepherd Health and Rehabilitation. 

He was born June 23rd, 1963, loving son of the late James Milton & Jane Cox.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded by his cherished brother, Milt J. Cox, who also resided with him at Good Shepherd.   

Paul is survived by his sister, Lorraine Lewis of Harlan, KY, and his loving staff/family at the nursing home. 

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 23rd, 2023, at the Jones & West Funeral Home in Phelps, KY. 

Visitation will begin at 12:00 Noon before the funeral in the chapel. 

Interment will conclude in the Frank Robinett Cemetery at Stopover, Kentucky.
