Sheila Gayle Hurley

Shelia Gayle Hurley, 60, of Freeburn Ky, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at her residence.  She was born July 21, 1960 in Freeburn, Ky the daughter of the late Bill & Margie (Lester) Hurley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Mayhorn, and one brother, Roger Hurley.

Shelia was a homemaker and loved her children and grandchildren very much. She also enjoyed gardening and had a green thumb for growing things. She loved being outdoors.  She was of the Pentecostal faith.

Shelia is survived by one son, Bruce (Lisa) Hurley of Phelps, KY; one daughter, Crystal McGinnis of Morristown Tennessee; one brother, Larry Dean Hurley (Colleen) of Georgia; Six grandchildren, Daylon Hairston, Kaylee Hatfield, Jameson Hurley, Patricia Hurley, Brandon McGinnis, Makayla McGinnis.  Shelia loved and was loved by a host of family and friends.

The family will hold a private memorial.
