Bruce Edward Coleman, 58, of Majestic, KY, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2015 at his mother’s home in Phelps, Ky.
He was born July 21, 1956 in Williamson, WV, a son of Onita Coleman Hall of Phelps, KY and the late Jerry Windal Hall.
Bruce was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the Shepherd Memorial Presbyterian Church. He worked in operational management in the security business. Bruce enjoyed working on cars and was a talented and artistic person who loved singing and playing the guitar.
Survivors in addition to his mother, include his wife: Debbie Coleman of Majestic; one son: Matthew Bruce (Lyndsey) Coleman of Centerton, AR; one daughter: Heather Brianne Coleman of Majestic, KY; one brother: Wendell Keith Hall of Frankfort, KY; one sister: Kimberly Ann (Kenneth) Tackett of Phelps, KY; three grandchildren: Aiden Easterly, Logan Coleman, and Morgan Coleman; special brother-in-law: Darrell Fannin; special cousin: Tony Barrios; special uncle: Mathew Bazzani and a special aunt: Patricia Coleman.
A celebration of Bruce’s life will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at the Jones & West Funeral Home with Tim Dodenhoff, Woody Barker and Jimmy Lee Smith officiating.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel.
Graveside services will take place 12:30 P.M. Thursday, April 16th at Mountain View Memory Gardens, Huddy, KY, followed by military honors performed by DAV Chapter 141 of Belfry, KY. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
Friends & family wishing to go in procession to the cemetery may meet at the funeral home 11:00 A.M. Thursday morning.
