Cathy Ann Lewis, 47, of Frenchburg, KY, formerly of Stopover, KY, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2016 at her residence.
She was born February 23, 1969 in Pike County, KY, a daughter of Ethel Emogene Hurley and the late Hayes Hurley. Cathy was a homemaker, a loving wife, and a wonderful mother, daughter & sister.
Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband: Charles Lewis; son: Trey Lewis; brothers & sisters: Raymond Hurley, Darlene and David Wolford, Charlene and Junior Hurley, Deborrhea and Terry Daniels, Connie and Paul Cote, Angie and David Hurley, Pam Bowling and Michael Justice, Billy Hurley, Melissa and Greg Clark, Elvis and Tennie Hurley; Mother and Father-in-law: Hubert and Belvia Lewis; brother and sisters-in-law: David and Angie Lewis, Craig and Caroline Lewis, Todd Lewis, Carrie Lewis; and a host of nieces & nephews.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 13th at the Jones & West Funeral Home in Phelps, KY and Thursday at Tri-City Funeral Home in Benham, KY who will direct the remainder of the services. Condolences may be left for the family at www.joneswestfh.com.
