Parker Chase Blankenship, infant son of Adam & Ashley Pierce Blankenship of Hurricane Cr, Stopover, KY was born and entered into rest on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY. In addition to his parents, Parker is survived by two sisters: Haley M. Blankenship & Rachael L. Blankenship, both of Hurricane Cr; maternal grandparents: George Gooslin & Beverly Pierce of Freeburn, KY and paternal grandparents: Lora & Maggie Blankenship of Hurricane Cr. Visitation will be from 6-10 PM Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at the Jones & West Funeral Home of Phelps, KY. Burial will follow Wednesday at the Blankenship Cemetery, Left Fork of Hurricane.
