James Sincell Jr.

James Sincell Jr., 56, of Phelps, KY, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at Pikeville Medical Center.  Born December 14, 1959 in Williamson, WV, he was a son of the late JoAnn Ellis & James Sincell.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister: Betty Pena, and an infant brother: Sammy Sincell. 

James was a former employee of the Pike County Road Department & was of the Pentecostal Faith.  He loved to spend time riding four wheelers and sharing a few laughs with friends. 

Those left to mourn his passing include one son: James Allen Sincell of Phelps, KY; two daughters: Brittany (Ryan) New of Phelps, KY & Amy (Rabon) Wolford of Louisa, KY; four grandchildren: Riley & Laikyn New, Rabon & Jacob Wolford; three brothers: Frankie, George, & Robbie Sincell; one sister: Patsy Chapman; special friends: Super Dave, Lynn, Jennifer, Pork, Jonnika, Preston, & Sherry Adkins.  James is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.  He will be missed by all who knew & loved him. 

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Monday, February 8, 2016 at the Jones & West Funeral Home, Phelps, KY with Rev. Mitch Bowling officiating. 

Burial will follow in the Wolford Cemetery, Bones Branch of Phelps. 

Visitation will begin at 6:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home with special services at 7:00.
