I am so very sorry for your loss. The Bible makes this comforting promise: " Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted, he saves those who are crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:18) It also assures us: " Throwyour burden on Jehovah, and he will sustain you." (Psalm 55:22) May these thoughts bring you a measure of comfort during this difficult time.

Butch, I am so sorry that you have to experience the loss of losing your father. I know how difficult it is and want you to know that you do learn to live with the void they leave behind. I hope you find solace knowing your father knew God and is with him now. It meant so much that you and Katrina cared enough to come when my father passed, and I wish I could be home to share your grief. God bless you and your family.
